I always offer a free consultation to meet and discuss suspected postpartum needs and interests. I offer a few forms of postpartum support: educational sessions, day and night care. Time and experience have shown me that in working with families in the early postpartum times I create space for them to find their rhythm and their special way of coming to discover and listen to their newest members. I teach, encourage and listen so that new parents can come to trust their own listening and engagement with their babies and their unique relationship to parenting.
I offer objective support and evidence based education of newborn care, breastfeeding and parenting practices. This can look different with every family, however, the result is the same. With my support parents leave more confident and equipped to face the unknown world of parenthood and beyond. They also understand the importance of self care and importance of accepting support from the community that surrounds them through this transformational process.
How we work together is determined on your unique needs and desires, but postpartum doulas offer a variety of services to include:
- Education, companionship and nonjudgmental support during the postpartum fourth trimester
- Assisting with newborn care: bathing, swaddling, calming techniques
- Assisting with the family adjustment, meal preparation and light household tidying
- Helping with organization of the home and nursery pertaining to baby
- Offers evidence-based information on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth
- Making appropriate referrals when necessary
A two hour intensive parenting educational session for first time parents. Once home with your baby, I will come into your house for a two-hour crash course in postpartum parenting. This personalized package will help you learn about your unique baby in many ways and how you can respond as a parent. This package can be customized to suit your family’s specific needs, interests, and requests.

- Tips to obtain better sleep for you and baby
- Swaddling and soothing techniques
- Baby care and bathing and more!
$75 Flat Fee
Day Support Package 1
24 hours Postpartum Care between the hours of 6:00am - 10:00pm (Three weeks of support)
Week One: Arrive 3 days out of the week 4 hour time block.
Week Two: Arrive 2 days out of the week 4 hour time block.
Week Three: Arrive 1 Day out of the week for 4 hour time block.
$650 ($150 deposit due at consultation and remaining balance due upon 1st day of services rendered)
Day Support Package 2
12 hours Postpartum Care between the hours of 6:00am - 10:00pm (Two weeks of support)
Week One: Arrive 2 days out of the week for 3 hour time block.
Week Two: Arrive 2 days out of the week for 3 hour time block.
$350 ($150 deposit due at consultation and remaining balance due upon 1st day of services rendered)
Night Support Package
12 - 24 hours of Night support between the hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am
1 to 3 nights a week in 6-8 hour increments, I will come to your home to help with night time routines, breastfeeding assistance and infant care so that mom and partner are able to get longer stretches of rest through the night during transition home and the early weeks of baby's life.
$420- $750 ($150 deposit due at consultation and remaining balance due upon 1st day of services rendered, unless another payment arrangement has been made)
Hourly rate of $32 to be scheduled, designed and determined per your needs & availability.
